Description

Peacefully in between 2 lakes ! Stay over at Marlioz, a rural town in Haute-Savoie in between lake Annecy and lake Geneva, both at 30 minutes. The location is on a 4800 m2 property surrounded by quince, peach, apple and prunes trees. A bbq, a hammock, a swing and a table with chairs enhance the comfort of your accommodation.

Around the house are mainly fields and small woods, onsite there is a small Jack Russell named Baloe who will want to come to say you hello without bothering you later. You can do some shorter or longer walks. There is a mountain view. At 8 km by car, you have a grocery store, typical cheese shop and "patisserie" and at 10 km you have a pharmacy, pizzeria and some more shops. There are small local markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

The setting

The house is on the countryside with a big garden with huge trees (like a park), there is also a small part onsite that is like a 'mini wood' where you can sit and meditate. There are fruit trees and some local vegetable garden. No noise at all unless from some neigbouring cow :). No dog barking at night.

In front of the house, it is flat and I have one spot available under the car port so you can stand in the shade but please watch the height of your vehicule before you park here.

The sanitary facilities

There is no washbassin outside but I do have a water point behind the house and a dry reck.

The amenities

There is an outside electricity supply. You can live your mobile to charge there, it is out of sight. You can use the wooden terrace outside or use the big table in the garden under the tree.

The activities

There is a swing for kids. There is a swing on a tree for adults. You can have a picknick in the big garden under the tree. There is a hammock for 1 person with normal weight onsite.

Other things

I work where I live so thank you to take that into consideration. You can pick some herbl aromas to cook like origano,thym and so on.

Rules

Please watch out for the dog when you drive
Please do not pick fruits or vegetables yourself
Please be silent as from 22 hours.
No accident onsite can be inputed to the host
No grey or blackwater dumping (vegetables in the garden...)
Music is fun, but not too loud please :)
At 20 meters there is a general trash container

Possibility of breakfast (€10 / person)

Fruit, smoothie of the day, fresh bread, eggs, water, muesli, vegetable milk, tea, butter, honey, marmelate, salami, no coffee nor yoghurt is served.
