Description

We welcome you to our grounds, with their meadows, forests and hilly, calm, natural atmosphere. Outdoor furniture, brazier and barbecue at your disposal. Conveniences at home, a bathroom will be reserved for you.

The setting

The view is undulating, the setting still very green (we're surrounded by ponds and rivers). At the foot of our forest, you can go for a walk
. A hiking trail leads from our property, and the walk is magnificent.

The spots

Sloping terrain, two flat pitches, one near the houses, the other at the far end of the plot.
Parking in front of the house, pedestrian access to the site, impossible to accommodate a vehicle.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are available 24 hours a day, and we'll let you use one of our shower rooms.

The amenities

Internet in the house
You can use our summer kitchen (sink, dishwasher, hob, crockery, sofas and coffee table, electrical outlet and internet) as you wish, as well as our kitchen in the house. We can lend you basic ingredients and crockery.
An extension cord is available for pitches close to houses.

The activities

In the surrounding area, you can visit many castles, fish in ponds or rivers (trout), cycle along the greenway, watch protected birds, visit the zoo,
40 min from Le Mans (30 min from the circuit)
1h from Tours
In the village: bakery, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, brasserie
All other amenities 10 min away (La Chartre sur le Loir or Le Grand Lucé)

Other things

We have chickens, sheep, two cats and a dog. Your pets are welcome as long as they do not chase the cats or sheep. The property is not fully enclosed. In case of a visit without animals, I can keep your dog (extra charge).

Rules

No smoking in the house.
Waste sorting, especially organics for compost and animals
No cigarette butts on the ground ;)
Unenclosed above-ground pool (but no access without ladder), some outdoor children's games.
