Description

I'm offering a quiet piece of garden for bivouacs. The tent pitch is not very large (about 2 meters by 2 meters), but you can easily set up a small, light 1 or 2-seater trekking tent. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, remember to check the dimensions of your equipment before booking :) Bikes can be stored in the garden. Access to private toilet and shower. We look forward to welcoming you!

The setting

In a quiet little street in the Guilhemery district, sheltered by a fortified brick porch, a quiet city garden, listed by the LPO (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux), offers a relaxing country atmosphere just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole! All shops in the immediate vicinity (pharmacy, mini-market, pizzeria, restaurants, etc.), as well as a bus stop (Line 1) serving the city center.

The reception is between 6 and 7 pm. For other times, please discuss with me in advance, depending on my availability. Tents must be folded by 9 a.m. the following day. The garden is non-smoking.

Possibility of breakfast (€9 / person)

I offer a breakfast based on organic produce, with a choice of hot beverage (coffee, tea, chicory, herbal tea), homemade wholemeal bread, homemade jam, muesli, homemade vanilla soy yogurt. A more substantial sweet and savory breakfast is also available, with a slice of homemade cake, cheese, eggs from the garden's chickens, raw vegetable salad, or something else depending on the season (extra charge of 7 euros payable on arrival).

Lightweight 2-seater tent with foam mattress available on loan (3 euros supplement payable on site).

  • Welcomed for two days by Laurent to add a Toulouse stopover to my cycling trip, he made himself available and accommodating not only for my arrival, but also for my stay there. Laurent is easy to talk to, and we shared two very rewarding meals.
