Description

A family welcome with simplicity and sincerity. A direct contact will be welcome and you will be gladly welcomed in my garden. You will have access to the house's sanitary facilities (shower or bath, toilet) as well as to the swimming pool (children under your supervision). Breakfast is an optional extra.

The setting

My house is located 200 meters from the cycle path on the banks of the Loire, a little outside the village and quiet. The garden is planted with trees, giving you plenty of shade in hot weather.

The spots

The plot is flat, with several pitch options. Possibility of parking your vehicles or sheltering your bicycles.

The sanitary facilities

The plot is equipped with cold water points. You will have access to the house's sanitary facilities (bathroom and toilet).

The amenities

If you haven't completely disconnected yet, wifi will be at your disposal.
You can also recharge your devices in the barn.

The activities

There's plenty to do around the house: cultural visits to the chateau at Sully sur Loire, or the beautiful basilica at Saint Benoit sur Loire, as well as the Carolingian oratory at Germiny des prés; for sports enthusiasts, the Loire awaits you with its kanoë kayaks and numerous walks to discover its bridges and wildlife.

Rules

Pets are welcome if well looked after by their owners (dog and cat in the house).
The house has a swimming pool, access to which is authorized subject to absolute supervision of children by at least one adult at all times (opening hours 9am to 8pm).
Smoking is permitted, but please pick up your cigarette butts and other litter.

  • Incredible place with a great garden! Sandrine is super welcoming and caring, accompanied by several animals, each more adorable than the next! There's access to individual toilets and showers. Sandrine's cooking is delicious (for the lucky ones). I highly recommend it!
