Description

Waterfront location in a green setting in the heart of the Vallée des Moulins. Tranquility assured

The setting

Surrounded by vegetation, lulled by the song of the river, you'll find a quiet, peaceful place to stop off. Close to a cycle route; 10 km from the sea.

The spots

A bridge provides access to the land by vehicle, allowing you to be relatively far from the main house, in complete peace and quiet. The plot is laid to lawn. It's easy to pitch a tent. There's a henhouse next door with a few chickens, but no rooster.

The sanitary facilities

Independent facilities: WC, sink, fridge available. No hot water.

The amenities

Separate 30 m2 living room with sink, washbasin, fridge... Handy in case of bad weather. Indoor and outdoor electricity (extension cords can be supplied), tables and chairs, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans), basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, sugar, oil), sponges, dish towels.

The activities

Nearby: fishing, hiking, cycling... Shops nearby (mini-market, bakery, bar-restaurant...) - Beach 10 kms away by car (accessible by cycle route - 7 kms to Aber Wrach: bar-restaurant, water sports, beach) - Horse-riding center 10 kms away. Nearby towns (cultural visits, shopping...) : Lesneven, Landerneau, Brest, less than 20 kms away.

Other things

I am at your disposal for any information. Currently retired, I would be available to talk about our beautiful region, if you wish and recommend activities to do in the area. However, I will respect your privacy if you do not require my services.

  • Early evening arrival at Jean's house.
The Abers flows through the garden.
A kind and cultured person who masters and shares his knowledge of this magnificent region.
An activity based on passion, come and you'll never be disappointed!

  • A very warm welcome from Jean in his magnificent garden on the banks of the Aber Benoît! We had a great night. The sheltered area provided by Jean is a real plus. Many thanks for the aperitif, the discussions and the walk around the garden! Bonne continuation

  • Jean is keen to meet the travelers who come to his little corner of paradise, and I received a very warm welcome, and made a wonderful acquaintance. He's very good at helping people discover Brittany, and he speaks Breton. The setting is great. I recommend it 100%.
