Description

We are a couple with 3 children, we also have a cat and two small dogs.

We would be delighted to welcome you in the courtyard of an old school that we have recently renovated.

Situated in the center of the village, opposite the church and the old Grange aux Dîmes, it's easy to get to the local shops that our pretty commune has to offer: bakery, grocery store and bar/tabac are all within walking distance in just a few minutes.

The setting

Located on one of the main streets, we have a 300 m2 courtyard in front of the house (former playground with playground equipment) and an enclosed garden behind the house.

There's very little traffic in the village, so it's pretty quiet.
On the courtyard side, a lamppost in front of the entrance gate.

Courtyard side: sunny in the morning, shady from midday.
Easy access.
Gate width: 3.08 meters

Garden side: shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon.
Access via a small concrete corridor on the side of our house.
Level ground in some places.

A shower, a toilet and a sink with drinking water are accessible outside in a closed room, independent from the house, with no time restrictions and with heating.
