Pretty house in the countryside in a green setting, quiet and a few km from all amenities.

Ideal for a camp for a few nights.

The setting

Surrounded by fields and a stud farm, very quiet location in a small hamlet of 5 houses surrounded by nature.

Large, pleasant garden, flowers and well-maintained.

The spots

Fully enclosed grounds, an insulated 45 m2 slab to the right of the house (see photos), opposite the gate, can accommodate a camping car or van.
Garden available on the right and rear of the house.
(Wooden terrace and left side of house available in my absence without problem).
Electric gate with badge.
I can also accommodate tents.

Access is a small road with little room to maneuver, so very large motorhomes are not recommended.
Gate width 3.5m.

Drinking water tap available outside the house.

Water tap and electric socket available outside the house. Extension cord available if required.

Internet wifi on my box but very low speed.
4G works very well.

The activities

Small village of Bonnebosq 4 km away with a few basic shops and 2 restaurants. (One of which I highly recommend, "La Dorette", with its Pays d'Auge cuisine).

12 km from LISIEUX and 9 km from pont leveques and blangy le châteaux.
Places of cultivation, castles, Basilicas, shops, large industrial zones, botanical gardens... hiking trails all over the Pays d'Auge.
20 km-20 min from the sea (houlgat, cabourg, trouville, deauville )

Freeway access to and from Paris 6km away

Pets welcome, but please respect the grounds. Garbage can available.
