Description

Fully fenced 600m2 plot, with independent access if required.
There's a terrace with a table and chairs for entertaining.
There is also a 20m2 garden shed for bicycles, if required.

The setting

In the countryside in a verdant setting.
Volnay is 25 minutes from Le Mans and 20 minutes from the Bercé forest.
There are plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike.

The spots

There are no trees on the site to provide shade.
It is possible to pitch 3/4 full-size tents and/or 2 large ones.

The sanitary facilities are accessible in the house.
