Description

We welcome you on our quiet land with a pond in the middle of nature.

The setting

The plot is very pleasant, secluded and quiet, 3 minutes by car from the center of the village where you will find all the shops you need (bakeries, restaurant, snack bars, press, Intermarché etc.).

The spots

The entire plot is flat, allowing you to choose a secluded spot in the sun or shade overlooking the pond.

The amenities

There's no electricity or drinking water, but a jerry can is available next to the toilet.
There's a brazier to warm you up in the evening (branches and various pieces of wood are available around the pond), a barbecue (bring your own charcoal).
There are also two hammocks and a boules pitch.

The activities

In the center of town, 2-3 minutes away, you can take a stroll around the Lac des Vallées, or dine in a very good bistronomic restaurant.
A 25-minute drive will take you to the magnificent little town of Clisson, with its many listed historic monuments and the Hellfest festival site.
A 10-minute drive will take you to Montaigu town center, with its pedestrian street, numerous small shops and chateau.
We're also 45 minutes from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Vendée coast.

Rules

-The pond is not safe, so take care with children (no more than 50cm of water in summer).
-Take the utmost care when using the barbecue and brazier during dry spells (their use may be prohibited if deemed too dangerous).
-When you leave, please don't leave anything lying around and take your garbage with you (there are plenty of garbage cans for household waste and glass in the town center near the stadium).
-It's forbidden to empty your van's waste water on the pitch.
-Arrival time before 8pm.
-Departure before 2pm
