Description

Although our place is basic, we offer a warm welcome and will help make your stay welcoming and easy.
We are a blended family. We have a very friendly and calm dog (golden) (she sleeps in the house) and 3 cats that you probably won't see and 2 dwarf rabbits.
Here we respect animals and nature.

The setting

Located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by secondary houses, you'll be on a 600m2 enclosed plot, quiet and with no visibility.

The spots

Easy access.
Flat land, no car access on the plot.
Slight slope to access the land.
You can access the plot via a gate on the side of the house.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities will be inside the house for the time being, but dry toilets will soon be installed outside.

The amenities

Electricity is available via an extension cord, you have access to the barbecue and drinking water from outside, a garden table, children's play equipment (slide, swings). Swimming pool in summer.

The activities

-The swimming pool is available.
-You can go hiking or mountain biking thanks to the santier, which is close to the house (La Chapelle du Montaigu, le bois du Tay (a tourist and historical site)). There's a pond not far from the house where you can fish for the day or take a picnic there.
-Jublains, the main Gallo-Roman site in western France: a theater, thermal baths, a temple and an enigmatic fortress, as well as an archaeological museum,
-Sainte Suzanne, a popular medieval town and beautiful village.
-There's a market in Evron on Thursday mornings.
- Admire the magnificent sunset from La Chapelle du Montaigu.
-And many other things to do

Please respect the site and the environment. ( selective sorting, don't leave garbage behind)
Respect others and animals.
Avoid making noise too late (we have young children).
Cigarette allowed, do not throw on the ground (ashtray available).
Arrival and installation in our presence
Access to the site possible in our absence after the first installation.
