Courtyard in front for safe parking.
Access to house and common areas

The setting

Not overlooked (other than my house :))
Some traffic on the road but punctual.
House in the country, but only a few minutes from "the big city" and a few minutes from the freeway.
Even better: La Flèche Zoo 25 minutes away!

Relatively flat terrain and a choice of sun or shade.

They are shared in my house.

You can use an extension lead from the house to bring electricity to your tent.

Rules

Few rules other than respect for each other's space.
Respect for waste, with sorting in the house and, for smokers, no abandoned cigarette butts:)1
Access without crossing the house, but autonomous if necessary by the side of the house.
No parties to respect everyone's peace and quiet.
