Description

Enclosed plot in the heart of nature on the banks of the Loire, just a few kilometers from Orléans.
Ideal as a stopover on the Loire cycle route, or if you want to recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet.

The setting

You can pitch your tent on a 4500 m² plot in the company of my chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs, far from road traffic but lulled by the sounds of nature: frogs, birds, crickets, ... and my chicks.
Your pets are welcome, as long as they don't want to eat mine.

The spots

The land is flat and planted with trees.
It's easy to get to, but only on foot. I therefore only accept tents, and can rent my own if required.

The sanitary facilities

Separate dry toilet and outdoor shower.

The amenities

You'll have a sheltered area near your pitch with a table, 4 stools, stove and crockery.
We'll share access to the barbecue (bring your own charcoal) and garden furniture, from which you'll be able to connect to WiFi, have access to electricity (external plug) and drinking water.

The activities

The site has direct access to the Loire cycle route. This makes it ideal accommodation for cyclists.

It's also possible to go canoeing from Chécy, and in summer you can take a boat trip on the canal or a Solex along the Loire.
On summer Fridays and Saturdays, there's an evening guinguette with live music and food-truck just a few meters from the house.

Chécy also boasts a municipal swimming pool with waterslide and wellness area.
Just a few kilometers away, you'll find a golf course, a horse-riding center and the city of Orléans with its museums, restaurants, bars, clubs...

You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the town center (bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, fast-food outlets, etc.) and 5 minutes' drive from a shopping mall.

There's also an on-demand bus stop right down the street.

Trampoline and basketball hoop available.

Optional extras to be paid for on site:
* Possibility of using the washing machine and tumble dryer in my presence: supplement to be paid on site of 4€/cycle.
* Possibility of renting my bikes if required (from 26" to 27.5"): 10€/day/bike.

Rules

Arrival time :
- Saturday / Sunday: At your convenience
- weekdays: from 6 p.m. (please contact me if this does not suit your needs).
Once you have settled in, you will have free access to the property at any time.

I only have parking space for one car, otherwise you'll have to park on the side of the road or in a municipal parking lot a 5-minute walk away.

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

To be composed together according to your tastes: hot drinks, fruit juices, pastries, bread, etc.

Tent ready

One 3-person tent and one 4-person tent (with 2 bedrooms and a central area). Supplement of 5€/night per tent to be paid on site.
No smoking inside.
