Description

Quiet, shady clearing 3 km from Bagnères de Bigorre. At the foot of the mountains, with magnificent views of the Pic du Midi and the Pyrenees.

The setting

A corner of paradise if you love nature.
We counted 72 species of birds!
An ideal base for hiking and sightseeing.

The spots

On a plot of over 4 ha with our house in the center.
The pitches are free with independent access.
- In a pretty clearing below the house.
- In a wooded area overlooking the property.
We take care not to receive too many people to preserve the calm and independence of our guests.
Your dog is welcome if there are no other travelers nearby and it is quiet.

The sanitary facilities

Cold water at the house (approx. 70 m away), dry toilets integrated into nature and space for your own solar shower...

Electricity in the clearing.
Campfires with dry wood available.
Barbecue grill and accessories available for loan.

Workshop and barn for motorcycles, bikes, etc...

The activities

The mountains on one side, the plains on the other and the ocean on the horizon!
We can advise you on hiking, biking, horse-riding and motorbiking itineraries.
Bagnères is a friendly little town with all amenities and a great Saturday market.

Other things

It was during our travels (especially on motorcycles) that we realized that it wasn't so easy to find quiet, wild places to bivouac in total peace and quiet.
Hence the idea of making our corner of Pyrenean paradise available.

Rules

No strict rules, just common sense and good manners.
We're here to listen, but we're not professional campers: we just share our large garden with people who respect the environment.
