Description

At the "Le Pont du Bas" campsite (see other ad), discover this riverside cabin in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Nature Park. 20 m² duplex (14+6), two bedrooms and a cosy living room to enjoy a green setting with family or friends. Whether you're exploring the Pays des Mille Étangs or climbing the Planche des Belles Filles, we look forward to welcoming you!

The setting

Easily accessible, close to the village's main road (a departmental road with very little traffic), the cottage is surrounded by greenery. You can park your vehicle in the immediate vicinity on a stabilized parking space.

On the banks of the River Raddon, you'll enjoy its soothing sound and cool summer air. Squirrels will come and spy on you, while you can observe fario trout and crayfish before setting off on the many hiking trails around your accommodation.

A wooden bridge takes you to the second area of the campsite, where you'll find the sanitary facilities (20 meters away) and a large area to enjoy the bucolic setting between river and forest, with games for children and a campfire pit.

The spots

All in wood, connected to electricity, insulated and heated if necessary.

Garden level: living room with table, bench and stools. Small kitchenette (two gas rings, cold water point and sink, refrigerator). Bedroom with double bed (140x190) (pillows and comforter provided, sheets available at extra cost: 10 euros per rental, whatever the duration).

A cot and high chair are also available. Baby crockery.

On the mezzanine floor, you'll find a second bedroom, designed for children, with folding beds (camp beds, please bring sleeping bags). A futon mattress (supplied) can be added to accommodate a third child if required. The upstairs is secured to prevent the youngest from falling out (lockable door from the outside, safety chain).

Outside, you'll find a shelter for 4 bikes (or a motorcycle). Metal rings allow you to attach your bike locks.

Garden furniture and barbecue for meals in the sun and by the river.

The sanitary facilities

These are the campsite sanitary facilities: independent and located 20 metres from the cabanon, on the small wooden bridge over the Raddon (see: https://www.homecamper.fr/land/21422 ).

Toilets and shower cleaned daily. Children's reducer in toilet. Room with sink/hot water for your dishes or laundry.

The amenities

Free WiFi, code displayed on site. 3 USB sockets in the main bedroom for recharging your mobile devices (cables not supplied). The cabin is connected to electricity, and the kitchen area is equipped with two gas rings and a fridge. The kitchen area has a cold-water tap. Television in the master bedroom, visible from the dining area thanks to an articulated support.

Crockery for 5 people is available in the cupboard (plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, frying pan), as are basic seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, a few spices), coffee (senseo coffee maker and a few soft pods for your first breakfast) and tea.

A barbecue is also available, along with utensils and garden furniture for 5 people.

A microwave is available in the campsite sink.
