Enclosed plot of 900 m2 bordering woods and a small road in a very quiet hamlet with individual entrance, 9 kms from La Châtre with all amenities.

The setting

Situated in a small, quiet, leafy hamlet.
Our home, opposite the property, includes a music studio and an organic hairdressing salon, offering courses and activities, as well as water-skiing, swimming and golf 5 km away.

The activities

Golf, wake board, swimming, hiking, fishing, cultural visits ( Jacques Tati museum, George Sand, castles ...)
Music courses (guitar, bass, drums for all ages).
Games for children.
