Access is totally independent.

Access to a water point outside, as well as (shared) sanitary facilities in the house.
Independent dry toilets in the garden are currently being finished :)

Barbecue available and washing line under cover.

Old barn available for sheltered meals.
Shared fridge and freezer, plus extension cord for recharging equipment.
