Description

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Normandy countryside.

The setting

The house's wooded grounds are located away from the town and the road, near a stud farm.
Very peaceful, it's the ideal place to take a break in the heart of nature.

The spots

The area reserved for campers is grassy, flat and sunny. It is possible to install an arbour. Dimensions: 15x15m. Cars and minivans can park in the parking lot (4x5m) just a few meters away.

The sanitary facilities

The independent dry toilet is outside. The bathtub-shower is in the house.

The amenities

Access to electricity (indoors) and internet is not a problem.

The activities

The grounds are ideal for a quiet retreat and for visiting charming Norman villages such as Orbec and Bernay. A 15-minute drive will take you to Lisieux, the famous pilgrimage site of St. Therese and its basilica. A 1-hour drive will take you to the sea (Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur...), Rouen and Caen.
The nearby Pays d'Auge is ideal for hiking. If you like cider or calva, we're right on the border with Calvados. There are many places to visit and taste.
