Grassland (no water or electricity) of 800 m2 located in the countryside 8 km from Binic and 10 km from the RN12.

The setting

Grassland plot surrounded by trees in a quiet country neighborhood on Plélo's "Route des Plages".
Located 2.5 km from the village of Lantic (bakery, butcher, bar, restaurant) and 8 km from the beaches of Binic, 12 km from Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Supermarkets 8 km away (Lanvollon, Binic).

The spots

The terrain slopes slightly downhill, so campers can set up wherever they like. Easy access for a van or car.
The owners' house adjoins the plot (in case of need).
