Description

We are the proud owners of this farmhouse, built at the beginning of the last century and set in the middle of our 5000 m2 wooded grounds.

The setting

We are located about 3 kms from the center of Loudéac, on the edge of the forest and the Aquarev park. Our farmhouse is in the middle of our grounds, at the end of a road that serves no one but us.

The spots

Our terrain is slightly sloping, but there are plenty of flat spots, both shady and sunny. The choice is vast!

The sanitary facilities

There's a dry toilet in a corner of the garden, amidst a clump of bamboo.
There's a self-service cold water supply outside.
