Description

I'm building a place for funcand events, while I do that it can be used for camping. It's 2500 square meters of surrounded land in a small quiet village. It's very easy to get to, clear road, right off the highway.
There's a rustic outdoor toilet and Will soon have an outdoor shower and working on that pool. A lot of shade area. I'm not there all the time but I have surveila ce and neighbours to always watch things. In 3 years since I have this space there have never been any stole goods so it's safe. Take in mind It's work in progress but will always try to help out with whatever you need. Enjoy!

The setting

Quiet place, no traffic, there is a lot of open land to explore, bikes, atv, foot, etc. All allowed and a great experience if I may add. There's a lave der field nearby and a fishing spot( you'll see all that on maps)

The spots

We have shade, a lot of trees, thick forrest in the back of the land, also many man-made shades with pitches and covers. The ground is flat, easy to get to, the land has 3 entry points and the caravans/ trailers can be parked right in front of the location.

The sanitary facilities

For now just an outdoor toilet made of wood, we have outdoor tap with cold water for now...will have showers soon and a swimmi g pool hopefully.

The amenities

Internet, soon a kitchen, places to chage your phone, etc.

The activities

Enjoy the space, you'll find activities like atv, biking, etc. Even just visiting the old Village of Seceani can be an activity in itself, not mentioning a 20 min trip to Timisoara where there are a lot of thing you can check out yourself. 50 min away at Herneacova you have horse riding,etc.
