Description

We are set in 10 acres of beautfiul countryside and woodland, no immediate neighbours bar the farm opposite us but not seen from the gite. We are clothing optional and we encourage our guests to dress / undress to their level of confidence. We also run a clothing optional camp site (seperate listing)

The setting

Our property is on a private lane in which is the old Pilgrims route from Paris to St Michel. On clear days you can see St Michel. St Michel de Montjoie means the Joy of St Michel.The village is within walking distance, here you can walk around the free granite museum and see some beautiful sculptures.
We have no village shop now, however the nearest very popular bakery is only a five drive away in Gathemo, this village also has a small bar, restaurant and amenities store. Brecey is the nearest small town, large supermarket, banks etc. Vire is our largest nearest town, steeped in history and lovely buildings.
Our site is very quiet and we are at one with nature.

The spots

Our clothing optional , converted barn is two bedroom, both with on suite facilities, large kitchen diner and seperate lounge. This stands in its own private area away from our main house and adjacent to the main camping field. For extra privacy we have provided a large screen in which can be pulled across, making the garden secluded and private. Please take note this is an old granite building and can become chilly in the winter months, there are electric radiators and a log burner in the kitchen. We do provide the first pile of logs free, a fee is required there on in, dependent on length of stay.

The activities

On site we provide a pool, jacuzzi, seating and dining area all under cover and shared with other guests. Table tennis, badmington, croquet and basket ball net.
There are a huge array of cycling and walking paths, historical towns, zoos, amusement parks. The D Day beaches are only and hour away too.

Other things

We do not accept pets in the gite, but do allow on the camp site

The price of the gite is 90 euros a night based on four persons. We have two put you up beds to accommodate 6 persons, at an extra cost of 10 euros per person per night.

Rules

We are open all year, however the pool will close from September to May, dependent on the weather. Acess is 24/7, although the pool is closed from 22.00 hrs, re (email hidden)00 am. Smoking and Vaping allowed outdoors only. Unfortunately no open fires or portable bbqs. Friends of guests to be agreed by us, before they arrive. We rovide and information folder within the gite.
