Description

Poppy nest between beach and Vendée marshes
You'll find a studette, a small renovated outbuilding and a pergola for shade on a private terrace surrounded by greenery, birdsong and a permaculture vegetable garden to reconnect you with nature. An ideal place for walking or cycling. Markets (5 per week) for sardines and seafood, beaches 5 minutes away by car, train station 10 minutes. Secure, gated courtyard for bikes and surfboards.

The setting

The plot is close to the forest, marshes and sea. The residential area is 10 minutes by bike or car from the town center. Quiet countryside just minutes from the ocean

The spots

The property overlooks my 1000m2 fenced garden, making it a bucolic seaside dwelling. Not far from the ocean in the greenery! Perfect for cyclists doing the Vélodyssée

The toilet and walk-in shower are independent and connected to the usual wastewater system.
