Suitable for 2/3 large tents, or 4x4 van.
Unique location thanks to proximity to Lake Geneva and Switzerland.

On the lakefront, a stone's throw from the border, large flat plot with trees, not overlooked, right on the water, with beach!
Barbecue drinking water, solar shower, dry toilets, no electricity.
Sheltered dining area.
Small secure storage area for personal belongings.
Located 3 kilometers from the village (supermarket, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy), by car or ViaRhona.
Main towns: Evian (France) Montreux (Switzerland) approx. 20 min away.

Garbage can 100 meters away to leave the site as clean as you found it.

Flat, shaded pitch, 50-meter-long sloping access on foot! Car parking outside the plot. Very large tents/Canadians possible.
