Peace and quiet.
The comfort and security of my own home while being independent.
You on the first floor, me on the first.

The large 20m² bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined) opens onto a 100m² terrace.

The small bedroom (1 single bed), 10m², communicates with the large bedroom, on the second floor but not overlooked.
On the first floor, laundry room with sink, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes, pots and pans...
Shower and WC shared with me on second floor.
