Description

The grounds surrounding our house are landscaped and planted with trees, and are on the Loire cycle route. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet and the sound of the rooster crowing in the morning. You can choose the spot that suits you best to settle in, as there's plenty of shade. Boulangerie and restaurants at La Pointe 1 kilometer away, 3 kilometers to Bouchemaine, on the banks of the Loire and Maine rivers. Angers is a 15-minute drive away.
On the sanitary side, you'll have access to a bathroom with WC. Outside electrical outlet and drinking water tap available. Fridge available. Hammock and trampoline available!
