In the heart of the Breton countryside, with a view of the Vilaine River and its sailboat traffic (400 meters away).

The setting

Very bucolic!
This plot, which I have partially wooded, offers no noise, almost no traffic, but a little shade...

The spots

The terrain: flat in some places, gently sloping in others, shady on one side, sunny on the other, there's something for everyone, depending on availability.

The sanitary facilities

As long as we are present on the premises, we will offer you our services in our house (WC only for you, your bathroom with shower and washbasin, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher...).

The amenities

As long as we're on site, we can also offer you our wifi code, our kitchen (fully equipped), and electricity thanks to a large extension lead.

The activities

Hiking in the marshes along the Vilaine, trail running in wooded areas with hills, fishing on the Vilaine (international fishing site 4 kilometers away), or simply cycling in the countryside.
Depending on our presence, we can also offer you our outdoor games (Molky, shuffleboard, badminton, etc.).

Child-friendly area (real children's hut + toys and dinette, swing + climbing frame, trapeze, climbing rope...)
Our 70 m² terrace, shaded by a sail and equipped with an 8-seater table, as well as a lounge area naturally shaded by the beech tree, will be available to you.
