Description

Quiet plot at the back of our house, we have a terrace of 40 m² that we can share around a glass of friendship.

The setting

House in quiet country subdivision, 3/4 fenced (walls + hedges)

The spots

The trees have only recently been planted, so there's no shade available yet, but the terrain is fairly flat.

The sanitary facilities

An outdoor drinking water tap is available on request. The toilet and shower will be accessible during our stay.

The amenities

The WiFi code will be sent to you on arrival. An outside plug is available on the terrace covered by the pergola.

The activities

Monday morning market under the 157 arcades of Louhans, the Hospices de Beaune, the Hérisson waterfalls, the lake of Claivraux les Lacs, the fruitières à comté in the Jura, the Mâconnais vineyards

Rules

We're non-smokers, so all we ask is that you don't leave cigarette butts lying around.

No noise after 9:30 p.m. out of respect for children and neighbors.

Garbage and sorting must be done according to the garbage cans available.
