Description

Townhouse garden 3.5 kilometers from St Quentin en Yvelines train station, 3.5 kilometers from the Golf National and 5 kilometers from the Vélodrome de St Quentin. Further afield, you'll find the Château de Versailles and several entrances to its gardens at 6.2 kilometers, and the hill of Elancourt at 11 kilometers.

The setting

It's a quiet residential area of terraced houses (the neighborhood next door is a little less so, and in summer it can get a little noisy in the evenings). Several bakeries, small supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk.

The spots

The garden is flat, small and lacks natural shade, but a parasol is available.
A 2/3-person tent fits without problem.

The sanitary facilities

You'll have unrestricted access to the house toilet and shower from 7am to 10pm.
Running water (cold only) is available from the garden.

The amenities

You'll have unrestricted access to a refrigerator floor and a kitchen with hob, oven and microwave.
Coffee, tea and chocolate powder are available on request.
An electric socket is available in the outside storeroom.
A washing machine and drying rack can be used for a charge of €2.
Barbecue (free) and charcoal (€1/meal) can be provided.

No noise in the garden after 10pm (loud voices, music...) to respect the sleep of neighbors who are quite close.

Smokers will be asked to move away from the garden to smoke.
