Description

I offer you an independent plot of land in the countryside, in a quiet location, to pitch your tent.

The setting

The plot is at the end of a small village, between my garden and a hedgerow, which is usually used by deer to cross from one field to another. The grassy plot is mowed regularly.

The spots

Please note: the plot has a slightly sloping access. It is not accessible to motorized vehicles.

However, there is a quiet parking lot in the village center, 50m away.

The rest of the plot is flat.

The sanitary facilities

In my presence, you can access the house's bathroom and toilet facilities.

In my absence, public toilets are available in the village center, less than 100m away. There's also a drinking water point.

The amenities

In my presence, you'll have access to the house's running water, and be able to recharge cell phones.

Don't hesitate to let me know what you need. I'll do my best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The activities

The commune is located around 30km from the sea, 15km from Guingamp, 25km from Lannion, and 45km from Saint-Brieuc.

Bégard is 6km away, with a supermarket and many other shops.

Other things

The offer corresponds to an activity close to wild camping, with the security of a private site.

However, in my presence, don't hesitate to tell me about your needs. It's always possible to make arrangements.

Rules

The plot is not enclosed and is in the countryside. Please do not leave garbage of any kind (paper, cigarette butts, etc.), no food for wild animals, and no excessive noise at night for the neighbors. You can enjoy the space during the day, with no restrictions.

If you have 4-legged friends, please don't let them get into trouble with mine.
Please note: the road is at the entrance to the property.
