Description

We are a young couple who love to entertain and share.

We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.
We're a three-minute walk from a small village where you'll find a bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy and leader price.
A 10-minute bus ride away, and a 5-minute drive from a shopping area with Leclerc, Action, McDo, Gifi...
We have 2 dogs (Malinois and Husky) who are very sociable and love to cuddle.

The setting

Quiet setting, we have neighbors all around.
The streetlights in town and on the cul-de-sac go out at 12:30 a.m.

The spots

Flat ground on grass. Possibility of being in the shade as we have vegetation.
The pitches are very easy to access.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are located in our house and are available at all times, within reason as far as the shower is concerned.

The amenities

Wi-fi is available.

You'll also have access to the kitchen, with oven, microwave, gas stove and crockery.

Sockets are available inside and outside, and we have an extension cord if required.

We have garden furniture, a garden table with garden chairs and a barbecue.

The activities

Just 5 minutes away: forest walks, greenway along the Seine and Eure rivers, Île aux moines.
15 minutes from the Bédane leisure center (lake), where you can try your hand at sailing, kayaking, catamarans, pedalos...

20 minutes from the Lery Pose leisure park (lake), there's also the Biotropica zoo.

La Bouille, an emblematic village, is 20 minutes away. There's a free ferry from La Bouille to Sahurs and vice versa.

Cruises between Rouen and La Bouille are also possible.

Rouen city center is 25 minutes away.

15 minutes to the Bois du Défend, where there are three botanical trails.

Canoeing and kayaking on the Seine and Eure rivers nearby.

Several Normandy villages, Lyons la forêt, le bec hellouin, Vernon/Giverny (Claude Monet), Acquigny...

Rules

No timetable, you can come and go as you please. Be sure to close the gate as we have dogs.

Please respect the communal area with regard to noise and cleanliness.

We ask you to sort your rubbish. Appropriate garbage cans are available in the garden (black bin, yellow bin and glass bin), and you may smoke in the garden if it does not disturb other campers (an ashtray will be provided).

Please do not feed dogs, as they are prone to allergies.

We can lend you a large 4-person tent (€3.50 per night).
We can also lend you a 2-person inflatable mattress, a 1-person comforter that can be opened to make a double, or a comforter (price depends on equipment required).
