Description

We welcome you to a family-run property in the countryside on the banks of a river, 300 meters from the village center with its shops, 7 restaurants and bar/rumery. There's also a motorhome dumping station in the village, just 300 meters away. Sucé sur Erdre offers numerous paths and parks for walking and hiking, and the vélodyssée passes 500 meters from the house. The ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet, while still being able to enjoy yourself or do your shopping without using your car!

The setting

Our property is on the banks of the Erdre, one of France's most beautiful rivers. Our 02-hectare park, with its many century-old trees, can accommodate 3 camping cars or caravans in quiet, private spaces.
Dogs are welcome, provided they are not allowed to run at large, to preserve the rich fauna (rabbits, deer, etc.).

The spots

We offer three shaded, independent pitches, accessible in summer and winter, with their ground stabilized by a thick layer of gravel.

The sanitary facilities

Unfortunately, we do not yet have sanitary facilities, which is why we welcome camping cars and/or caravans.
A waste water and drinking water filling station is available in the village, 300 meters from the property.

The amenities

We'll soon be offering a kiosk with water and electricity (currently being connected). Until then, we can offer you electricity via an extension cord, and water from our well via a garden hose.

The activities

We can lend you an Indian canoe, which will enable you to enjoy the Erdre; it's a calm, beautiful river, with wooded banks; and it's full of fish!
We can also lend you bicycles to take advantage of the many paths in the surrounding area.
Nantes is easily accessible by TER, from the Sucé sur Erdre station located 500 meters from the property; you'll be in the center of town in 30 minutes and can enjoy this beautiful city and its activities without having to worry about driving or parking a car!

Other things

To preserve the peace and quiet of the area, we ask travelers to refrain from partying. Nantes offers every opportunity for evening entertainment!

Pets are welcome, provided they are not allowed to roam free to preserve the privacy and safety of the birds, rabbits, deer and other inhabitants of the park.
Cigarettes are allowed, provided, of course, that you don't leave your cigarette butts on the spot!
