Description

* Weekend ART house ideal for relaxing and CAMPING.
* Full of greenery
* We are on EUROVELO 6 route trough Serbia (30 km from Belgrade and 15 km from Pancevo)

The setting

* Peaceful atmosphere with low man made sounds (mainly from domestic animals: sheep's and cows at neighborhood)

* almost no traffic (house is at the end of the village)

The spots

* Old oak wood barrel (ex 10.000 l of wine) = 1 double bed (2 adults + 1 child possible)
* Renting 4 person Mc Kinley tent with us
* Or place your own tent in big shade or sunny area
* PRICE SHOWN is for sleeping in the Barrel cabin (price for placing your tent is lower 10 eur/pers/night and 5eur/child/night)

* ELECTRICITY:
• Power box is placed on the wall to the left from main entrance (power box is opened)
• For POWER ON, pull all 3 power switches UP, when leaving, please pull all 3 DOWN again to starting position

Rules

* NOTIFICATION ON ARRIVAL & PAYMENT: Preferably 1 day in advance, but not necessary
* ENTRANCE: use 4-digit PIN that you have received via message to unlock the key safe box. Inside you will find a key to the gate from the street.
* FIRE: Allowed only in the fire pit amended for it (rocky whole near the right wall with mural)
* WATER: Tap water is drinkable
* GARBAGE: Please put things you do not need in the the plastic bag, tie it and place to the BIG black trash bin near main house
* ANIMALS: We are PET friendly
* NOISE: We LOVE it! But neighbor’s dog has bad taste in music ;)
* BIKE TYRES REPLACEMENT: In the village of OMOLJICA (less than 5km): shop ’MEHANIKA’’
* DID YOU KNOW?
 You are now just across the Ivanovo Island (‘’ada’’) - Ivanovo is surrounded with water canals and island
 Ivanovo is state protected area famous for bird watching (endangered species)
 You can rent kayaks with us - prices inquiry and preparation needed few days in advance
 There is hiking trail passing by - ‘’Ivanovacka Ada-Marijino polje’’
 That we are also ART colony
 You are sleeping at archaeological site - in many gardens and backyards across the village of Ivanovo pottery
and artefacts are found dating from Neolithic period (Starcevo & Vinca Culture 5.500 yBC)
