Approx. 600 m² garden around the house for sun or shade.

The setting

I live in a small, very quiet housing estate. With distant views of the countryside and sea.
500 meters from the village with shops (mini-market, bar, pharmacy).
The plot is fenced and not overlooked.
Surrounded by hedges.

The spots

You can choose the location you prefer, depending on the amount of sunshine.
Tents only.
Arrival time: from 5:30 p.m.
Departure time: before 10 a.m.
I accept dogs if they get along with other dogs, as I have a bitch.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities are inside the house.
Access: 7.30am-10am and 5.30pm-8pm
You have a drinking water tap outside.

The amenities

Electricity available outside, extension cord available, outdoor tap accessible.
- Table, outdoor chair, deckchair
- compost, green, yellow and glass garbage cans
- bicycles are safe as the property is enclosed. If it rains, you can put them under my pergola.

The activities

I'm 4 kilometers from the beaches and the GR34. There's a lovely cycle path from Kerhornou beach to the village.
The plot is ideally located for the Pays d'Iroise.
Pointe Saint-Matthieu, Pointe du Corsen and Fort de Bertheaume are just 10 kilometers away.
There are plenty of cultural and sporting activities in the surrounding area.
So is the town of Saint-Renan.
Brest is a 20-minute drive away.
I'll be happy to advise you, and I can provide you with a binder of possible activities.

Other things

I often travel by van or trekking so check dates to be able to book.
I have a medium sized dog who is very affectionate with adults and children. She'll say hello to you on arrival and then leave you alone to lie in the sun.
