Description

In a quiet wooded property, 1.5 km from the village of Monterblanc, 12 km from the beautiful town of Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, I offer you, in the shade of oak trees, accommodation for 2 people (our 4-legged friends are not admitted)) in a top-of-the-range camper van, 10m from a heated swimming pool, in the middle of a bucolic and pleasant environment.

The setting

Very green, shady setting with lawns planted with trees. Fenced, secure and out of sight.

The spots

7.50 m Mercedes motorhome with all amenities:
140 cm-wide bed (possibility of separate sleeping arrangement with a 2nd 140 cm-wide bed)
Shower + washbasin (with hot water),
chemical toilet,
Kitchenette with 3 gas burners and oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer (175L),
Leather seats and armchairs in living/dining room,
LED lighting, Turbo-wind,
All windows are equipped with blackout blinds and mosquito nets.

The sanitary facilities

Washbasin, shower and WC in the camper van with no restrictions (emptying and refilling are provided by the owner),
Accessible solar shower (during pool hours).
Clothesline and washbasin (water at room temperature) under shelter.

Provided:
Kitchen: microwave and toaster (under shelter), kettle, pod coffee maker, basic seasonings, crockery and pots...
Bedding: sheets and comforter, pillow and bolster covers.
Household linen: towels, bath towels, tea towels...
WIFI
220V sockets in motorhome and under shelter.
Outside with table, parasol and seats.

The activities

Located 20 minutes from the Gulf and 40 minutes from the ocean, all water sports are available.
Mountain bike trails in the surrounding woods.
Equestrian clubs 10 minutes away.
Leisure and discovery parks nearby.
Parachuting club.
Helicopter flights over the islands and gulf.
Relaxation and sightseeing days on nearby islands (Vannes and other landing stages).

Other things

Pick-up and drop-off possible at Vannes station.
5 € per person per trip in electric cars,
10 € per person per trip in a MUSTANG GT Fastback.
Sorry, but our 4-legged friends are not admitted.
AN INVENTORY OF FIXTURES WILL BE CARRIED OUT ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

Rules

Opening hours:

Arrival: Please let us know as soon as possible (at least half a day in advance) your estimated time of arrival.
Departure: Before 11am.
Swimming pool: 10H00-16H00 / 20H00-23H00. Open from June 1 to September 30.
Night-time outings pose no problem (only the peace and quiet of local residents must be respected).
Your vehicle must be parked outside in front of the perimeter wall.
No smoking in the motorhome or near the pool.
