Description

Our pitch is located a bit off the beaten track, on our farm, only 1km from the small village of Outrup and only 15km from Denmark's most popular beaches Henne or Houstrup Strand.

The setting

Since the pitch is located on our small farm outside the village, it is very quiet but still with good access to Route 181. Every now and then a tractor from the neighboring farm comes by. And our rooster also crows in the morning. The view is unobstructed on agricultural fields and meadows with small trees and hedges.

The spots

The pitch is 160sqm, on a lawn bordered with hedges. There are a few small trees but little shade, because the site is oriented to the southeast. But a lot of sun and wind protection by the 150cm high hedge. The site is good and directly accessible from the access road. The site is large enough for at least 2 motorhomes or caravans.

At the moment there are no sanitary facilities.

The activities

Popular beaches are about 15 km away as well as the highest dune in Denmark "Blåbjerg" only 8km. To Ringkøbing Fjord with possibilities for surfing or to visit the Viking harbor in Bork Havn is also only 15 km away. In Outrup, the birthplace of the famous painter Otto Frello, you can see his paintings on the facades of houses, there is also a supermarket, hardware store, bakery and two gas stations and a golf course for all amateur golfers.

Other things

Since we are still under construction, there are no sanitary facilities or electricity access yet but on request or in case of urgent need we will find a possibility.

Rules

Since the entrance is directly accessible from the road, access is possible at any time. As is common among campers, hopefully everyone will be taken into consideration regarding noise, smoking and garbage! The camping toilet must be emptied in public places (nearby campsites).
Children are welcome and can also look at and feed our small animals on the farm on request.
