Description

The garden is large and enclosed.
A wooden terrace with table and chairs is available. The house will be accessible for your needs (cooking, cold storage, showering, using the toilet) if you return the premises in the same clean condition as when you arrived. There are three of us + Scouby (French bulldog) living with us.
The house is open to all, there is a step up to the front door but the rest is on one level.
The terrace has steps but also a descent if necessary.

The setting

The house is located in a rather quiet subdivision with houses all around. The garden is not overlooked.

The spots

The garden is largely shaded by trees. The terrace faces due south.

The sanitary facilities

The toilets are available as soon as there's someone in the house (which is often the case as there are three of us). Avoid showers after midnight :)
The bathroom is separate from the toilets.

The amenities

At the moment we don't have wifi at home (it's summer, maybe winter).
The kitchen is fully equipped and available. To help yourself: spices ok but for the rest I prefer that you plan as we each have our own shopping.
No possibility of plugging in electrical appliances except your laptop of course.

The activities

Downstream from the house are the Aubance and Louet rivers. You can go for walks, kayaking and canoeing for the more courageous...

Other things

I can't take in other dogs with my bulldog, too great a risk of fighting.

Rules

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but outside, using the ashtray, is no problem.
