Description

I live in a house on 1500 M2 of land, in a quiet country neighborhood, a caravan is already installed, 2 water tanks of 1000 l, I plan to install dry toilets.
A separate toilet and shower will soon also be available for disabled people. The ter line runs not far from where I live, about 6 TER trains a day, including one of the last night trains, the Paris briançonnais. There's no noise pollution.

The setting

Peaceful, green country neighborhood. No traffic or lights. Vineyards and greenery.

The spots

Pitch for a van , a small motorhome or a ⛺, I already have a caravan and I have a typie for a possible extension. Flat land.

The sanitary facilities

Independent toilet and shower under construction...with PMR access.

The amenities

Extension cord for electricity, I provide kitchen equipment if needed. Possibility of plugging in laptops and PCs. Bicycles and board games available.

The activities

Hiking, greenway, canoeing, Sunday market, numerous cultural events in the region.

Other things

Respect for nature and the environment is a priority, with waste sorting and moderate use of water. Common sense and collective intelligence will be welcome.

Rules

Please respect the peace and quiet of the place. No noise after 10 p.m., smokers allowed, cool pets only on leash, no barking please.

A typie for 4 people, 1 tent 1 person, 1 caravan 2 people. I have inflatable mattresses, chairs and table. A barbecue. Extra charge for sleeping arrangements.
