Description

Camp Site is located at the front of our 10acres of land. There is immediate access to ORV trails without having to trailer your ORV’s. The city of Irons, Dublin General Store, Dollar General and Fawn Crest Golf Course are within miles. Resort communities such as Ludington (1 hour) and Manistee (35 minutes) have direct access to Lake Michigan for fishing and swimming. Little River Casino in Manistee. Traverse City hosts many festivals and shopping experiences and was voted best lake beach town in America is less than an hour away. Recreationally we are within minutes of Bass, Elbow, Harper, and Sand lakes, all of which offer activities like boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and fishing. There are many rivers and streams nearby, including the famous Pine River, Big and Little Manistee rivers, each of which offers, unique scenery and chances for rafting, tubing, kayaking, and canoeing.

The setting

Campsite is provided with Bathhouse within steps from septic, electric, and water hook-ups. Property is secluded with county maintained dirt road.

Ground is flat and easy to reach from road. 30amp service. Picnic table and fire ring with wood provided. 45’ long x 14’. Grass parking across from site or on road into property.

The sanitary facilities

Separate bathhouse available with hot shower, toilet, sink and electricity. Cold water spout available outside.

Fire pit with wood and metal sticks for s’mores and hot dogs. 30amp electrical available and there is electricity in the bathhouse.
