Description

I make my plot available, with access to an outdoor kitchen and dry toilets.
The land is equipped with solar panels, the only source of electricity.
You don't have access to electricity, but I can offer you an extension cord. Water comes from a borehole.
If you have a dog, please note that it must not chase chickens or cats.

The setting

The space I'm making available is 2000 m2. It's surrounded by trees, close to a magnificent quarry that's a must-see.

The spots

In summer, the only shade is from morning to noon.
I offer two spaces:
▪︎un 100 m2 space overlooking the quarry, with a view of Sète, facing south.
▪︎un space on my large plot, used as a parking lot.

The sanitary facilities

You have access to the dry toilets at the bottom of my property. No shower for the moment.

The amenities

An outdoor kitchen and tables are at your disposal on the shady part of the property.
I may be able to offer my camper van for accommodation, which sleeps 3.
Electricity is occasionally available.

The activities

I offer yoga classes and massages in a small cottage.

Rules

Fire watch. No animals that chase chickens and cats and don't get along with my dog.
