Description

The plot is 2 kms from the town of Caulnes and close to the station, where you'll find all the shops, supermarkets, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, mechanic, car, tobacconist's, restaurant...

1100m2 plot about 30 min from Rennes, Dinan, Brocéliande and the Emerald Coast. Strategic location for visiting Brittany.

Tents can be set up in a quiet wooded area, surrounded by greenery.
We also have a caravan available that can accommodate 2 adults (see photos) for an additional 10 euros per night.

The grounds are flat, well-maintained and easy to access.
A henhouse is on site, we have 6 hens but no rooster.

The sanitary facilities

Separate dry toilets on the grounds
in our hangar. Independent solar shower in tent cabin, but you can also use our shower in our house.

The amenities

You'll find it easy to get 4G on the site, and if you don't, fiber is available here.
A small gas camping kitchen is available on the site under the awning, as well as crockery and cutlery.
Electricity is available inside our house, but we also provide a solar charger for small appliances (solar chargers, lights, etc.) if required.

We supply the basic cooking utensils: salt, pepper, pots and pans.

The activities

The coast, St Malo, cancale, Saint-Briac, Mont Saint-Michel 40-45 minutes away, Dinan, historic center 20 minutes away.
Nearby, the Bétineuc leisure center and beach, the Isle-Rance canal, the villages of Saint-Juvat, Tréfumel, Bécherel and the towpaths of the Rance.

Other things

We also have a 9-year-old daughter who loves to play with the chickens on this field.

The plot is 50 meters from our house, so you won't have to worry about it being separate from our house.

The price per night is 5 euros per person if you have your own tent.

If you wish to sleep in the caravan, you will have to add a supplement of 10 euros per night.

Rules

- Respect other users, avoid noise pollution and keep equipment clean.
- Keep the site clean, collect and sort garbage in the containers provided, collect biodegradable waste for composting on site.
- Respect flowers, plantations and wildlife.
- Reasonable use of energy and consumables for sanitary and household activities, with alternative methods available (solar showers and dry toilets).
- Vehicles to be parked in reserved spaces to avoid visual nuisance to users and owners.
- Respect the perimeter assigned to campers
