Description

The plot is 2 kms from the town of Caulnes and close to the station, where you'll find all the shops, supermarkets, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, mechanic, car, tobacconist's, restaurant...

1100m2 plot about 30 min from Rennes, Dinan, Brocéliande and the Emerald Coast. Strategic location for visiting Brittany.

The spots

Tents can be set up in a quiet wooded area, surrounded by greenery.
Small caravans (max. 4 people) can also be accommodated.
The site is flat, well-maintained and easily accessible by car, van or small caravan.
A henhouse is on site, we have 6 hens but no rooster.

The amenities

You'll easily be able to get 4G on the site, and if you don't, fiber is available at the inhabitant's home.
A small gas camping kitchen is available on the site, as well as crockery and cutlery.
Electricity is available inside our house, but we also provide a solar charger for small appliances (solar chargers, lights, etc.).

The activities

The coast, St Malo, cancale, Saint-Briac, Mont Saint-Michel 40-45 minutes away, Dinan, historic center 20 minutes away.
Nearby, the Bétineuc leisure center and beach, the Isle-Rance canal, the villages of Saint-Juvat, Tréfumel, Bécherel and the towpaths of the Rance.

Rules

- Respect other users, avoid noise pollution and keep equipment clean.
- Keep the site clean, collect and sort garbage in the containers provided, collect biodegradable waste for composting on site.
- Respect flowers, plantations and wildlife.
- Reasonable use of energy and consumables for sanitary and household activities, with alternative methods available (solar showers and dry toilets).
- Vehicles to be parked in reserved spaces to avoid visual nuisance to users and owners.
- Respect the perimeter assigned to campers
