This cute, friendly place in Nicetown-tioga offers the tranquility of a suburb while being close to the big city of Philadelphia. Truly a masterpiece that shows the true colors of Philly!

The setting

honestly, it's very wild and unkempt. You will feel like a part of the neighborhood, enjoying the stars and perhaps a bit of noise from the neighbors

We have a tree and a fence, making it safe

I think that the building next door is still in construction, they have a porta-potty

Gonna be honest here: absolutely nothing. Just an easy place to park and settle
