Description

It's a leisure plot with a barn, a garage, a shelter, a greenhouse, a mobile home, an above-ground pool and children's play equipment. The terrain is sloping. There's a pond and trees. The plot is close to the village, within walking distance of all amenities.

The setting

A quiet spot where you can listen to birdsong and admire the sunrise.

The spots

Three pitches are available, as the terrain is not flat, which gives it its charm. There are shaded areas for hot days. Easy access. We were campers ourselves, so we had a van. We limit access to this type of vehicle to no more than 6 meters.

A humble mobile home on the site offers travellers the possibility of using it for showers, washbasins and sanitary facilities.

This humble mobile home offers you a minimum of equipment. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, pots and pans and the basics: salt, pepper, sugar and more...
I live in the village of Payzac and am available to help make your stay a pleasant one.
As far as electricity is concerned, there's no need to worry about charging your cell phone. Sockets available inside the mobile home, in the garage, under the shelter, in the barn. Extension cords supplied if required. You can even do your own laundry.

The activities

The Périgord Vert is still a region untouched by mass tourism. There's plenty to discover. In summer, the village is bustling with life.
