Description

In quiet, country area, but within a few kilometers of many utilities: Milan-Genoa and Turin-Piacenza highways, cities of Milan, Genoa and others, Serravalle Outlet, various shopping centers, golf courses of SaliceTerme and Serravalle, Rivanazzano Spa Center, Voghera Paragliding Paragliding School, bicycle and pedestrian paths including the famous Greenway, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, quarries for sport fishing, climbing sites, historical monuments, art cities, Voghera historical and natural science museum, Voghera Castle, etc.

The setting

In country farmhouse, within walking distance of town. Little noise, traffic hundreds of meters away, shady or sunny setting according to taste.

The spots

For campers/caravans there is a very large pitch, part rammed earth, part grassy ground. For tents, more choice as either an entire field is available or the pitch x campers itself. The land is level, accessible by dirt road that can be easily traveled.

The sanitary facilities

Currently, no toilet facilities are available. Cold drinking water is available.

The amenities

Internet, table seating 6/8 with chairs in shaded area (not available in winter).
Soon availability of electricity.

The activities

Paragliding flight, climbing, bike rides, swimming in the pool, amusement parks (water and non-water), spas, golf, tennis, padel, soccer, shopping in outlets and malls.

Other things

Opportunity to pick fruit in season, consciously.
A very shy dog and several cats are present.

Rules

Normal rules of civil coexistence. Dumpsters for recycling collection available.
