Description

The land is a small vineyard of 700m. It is in the middle of nature near the river and the mountains.
The village is about 500 m. away and has several museums, restaurants and bars and an explosive nature.
The access to the land is easy from the road.

The setting

The land faces a road with little traffic except on Sundays, when there is more traffic. The site is quiet and you can hear the animals of the valley and see many birds of prey.
There are water sources coming from the mountain that are suitable for drinking because of their purity.
The river is 200 m. away with a beautiful waterfall where the children of the village bathe.
There are also nearby free tennis courts and a municipal swimming pool which is open only in summer.
There is also a place to charge batteries nearby. Everything is within walking distance.
There is public transport to go to Bilbao or Vitoria-Gasteiz in 30 minutes.

The spots

The ground is practically flat.
The entrance is best done in reverse.
All types of vehicles can be accommodated.
There is shade in the afternoon.

The sanitary facilities

There is a washbasin in the caravan, and, if there is sun, an outside solar shower.
There is also a chemical toilet inside the caravan.

The amenities

There is a two-burner stove in the caravan and a small sink.
There is cutlery.
There is a 12 v battery for charging phones and small electronics. No 220 V.

If you come without a tent I can put one up for you or if there are only two of you, you can sleep inside the caravan in a double bed.

  • Josu is a warm friendly person and his little setup is just perfect. A great place to rest after a long bike ride
