Description

We would be delighted to welcome you to the front of our property, between town and country.

The setting

In the shade of our beautiful cherry tree, you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
In town but in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Close to the forest and ponds within walking distance, you'll be able to recharge your batteries.

The spots

The 100m2 pitch is located in the front part of our garden.
Divided into two parts: a grassy, shaded area, and a paved area for your van/combi/camping car.
You'll have a spare set of keys for free access at your convenience.
Access to the swimming pool (2 x 4m) and children's swing at the rear of the garden (weather permitting).

The sanitary facilities

No independent toilets or washbasins, but drinking water connections are possible.
Autonomous vehicles are preferable.
Access to facilities (toilets and showers) in the home during the evenings on weekdays (as they are not available during the day) and at weekends.

The amenities

Access to electricity with extension cord and cold water.
Wifi available.
Kitchen equipment (and baby equipment) can be provided if required.

The activities

Forest walk with rocks just down the road.
Equestrian center for pony rides 10 minutes' walk away.

For children, the Parc Imbert is a 10-minute walk away, with a playground (slide, swing, volleyball net, ping-pong table, petanque pitch), and a sports trail in the forest through which the Essonne River flows.

Within easy walking distance (10/15 min.), the Vert-le Petit ponds are perfect for a stroll in the heart of nature, with the possibility of fishing (fishing permit on sale in the commune). Geese will be delighted to come and say hello in exchange for a bit of corn...

A 10-minute drive will take you to the MENNECY aquatic center, where some of the Olympic disciplines will be held. The same goes for the Robert Bobin stadium in Bondoufle, a 20-minute drive away.

If you're interested in visiting Paris, the RER D train station is a 5-minute walk away, giving you access to Paris Gare du Nord in 40 minutes.
