a beautiful town, place and space helmed by people who really care. lets keep it tidy, and fun! guest get to make use of an open environment in a private residential area that is close to other establishments and venues for a short term stay.

The setting

beautiful open neighbirhood. family friendly. all guest & residents like to keep to themselves. premises watched by neighboring houses. thank you in advance for keeping it clean and respectful at all times. no obscene big parties.

The spots

one private site of land avail for short term camping in private quiet residential town located in a mountain area. 10-15 mins from other venues, activities, shopping centers etc. kids in area. quiet (email hidden)wildlife (mainly deer) in area. great for bird watching.

The sanitary facilities

with more notice between stays, added water & necessities can be provided. as of now, an open dry toilet is avail along with a solar water shower (upon request) come w/ own privacy tent for now.

The amenities

currently for true campers who want to respectfully enjoy the open area.

Other things

parking to the left of land avail. ask that guest use the right side of parking closest to camping area to allow for host to pull in on left if needed. please be mindful and aware of mailbox.

Rules

quiet hours around 11pm
kids in close proximity, please be mindful.
clean up after and take pets with you.
keep a leash for pets nearby
be aware of animal wildlife
no hunting on premises.
campfires must be small, and used behind tree.
the tent spot is several feet away from parking so please keep that in mind.
