Description

Welcome to the Berliet garden!
You'll be secluded, super quiet in a little corner of paradise but between Sète and Montpellier, 15 minutes from the sea.
The grounds are fenced in, and there are animals on site - my 4 working ponies - so this is indeed a place where I welcome the public, which is why there are a few rules to observe. (Social pony club, equitherapy).
Pitch in the shade, possibility of renting a small caravan, a "guinguette" caravan equipped with a shared kitchen, ping-pong table, barbecue, swing, petanque court at your disposal...
Possibility of pony-trekking for children.
Dry toilets, solar shower, solar panel electricity.

The setting

Mediterranean vegetation, garrigue and cicadas!
The land is well planted with trees.
Adjoining an old quarry, the setting is atypical.

The spots

The terrain is flat, with plenty of shade. Access is by track for around 700 meters. Carrossable but with a few stones!

Dry toilets and solar shower.
Outdoor sink.

Barbecue swing ping-pong table bowling green caravan kitchen crepe maker coffee maker fridge....tables chairs...crockery.
Basic elements available in the caravan plus indoor/outdoor plug.

The activities

I can take children on pony rides, a yoga teacher is 200 meters from the property to give classes in a small cottage, walks petanque ping-pong.

Other things

This place is a little corner of paradise where you can escape and be a little isolated... or share the guinguette corner! In any case, I receive the public, you have to know that, I don't live there.

Rules

Remember to close the grounds when no one is around. Keep dogs tethered if I have students. Be very careful with fire in summer
respect the environment! Let's be happy!
