Description

Small lot with camper hookup (water/electrical) on beautiful, little known, Lake Juniper just a few miles off of Florida I-10 exit 80. Fenced in with a long dock over the crystal-clear waters. Dogs welcome if they won't be bothered by or bother the goats next door. 2 kayaks, pedal boat, john boat. Lot is unimproved with a fire pit, grill and picnic table. Lights strung in the trees add to the atmosphere. There is a small town less than 5 miles away with a grocery store, restaurants, and some shopping: Lowes, Ace Hardware, Wal-Mart and other local establishments.

The setting

Little noise other than the goats that live next door, but also help keep the lot clear of vines :) Dirt road leading to the entry is only traveled by the few permanent residents. There is no pavement on the lot. Lots of trees. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning.

The spots

There are two gates so a camper can pull through. There is ample shade, but also lots of room for sunning. It is situated on a slight decline, but the camper spot is fairly level. Large campers will not be able to utilize. Check with us for size prior to booking.

The sanitary facilities

Only electric and city water available. No sewer or septic, but there is a dump station about 15 miles down the road at a gas station near the exit of the highway.

The activities

Fish off the dock, pedal boat, 2 kayaks, and a john boat. There are ATVs, but we can't allow guests to utilize those.

Rules

Be courteous to other residents of the lake. It's a quiet place.
