Description

RV site minutes from civilization, but still in the woods. 2 spots are available, can also rent out a 30' RV or a 28' Tiny Home on the property. Sites are situated next to pole barn (used as a shop), but the property is over 30 acres to explore.

There is some traffic noise. RV sites have been recently setup up, with full hookups.

Both spots are gravel, with a private area including picnic table and firepit. Situated close to a pole barn building. Both are full hookup, and the setting is in the woods. Maximum size is 35'. There are parking spots available.

Internet, full hookups (electric 20/30/50 amp, water, septic). RV/Tiny Homes have: Full kitchen with stocked table/cookware. Bathroom with shower. Heating and cooling.

The activities

Close to I-45 and The Woodlands. Can be in downtown Houston in an hour.

Property is gated, keyed lock. There are 2 sites, so you may have a neighbor. There is a pole barn used as a shop. Property is currently being improved, but is occasionally used for hunting. Weekly and Monthly Rentals preferred, discounted rates available, please contact for rates.
