Description

An open field awaits you, directly outside an old cider barn. Relax and enjoy the sounds a stream and beautiful bird life. The immediate surrounds offer beautiful countryside walks and cycles along the farms Le Vallerie. Cormolaine’s bakery offers fresh pastries, breads and assortments. Our butcher sells prime meat.

St Lo for larger super markets is a 20minute drive. Omaha beaches within
40minutes drive and Omaha golf a treat with magnificent views onto the dramatic coastlines of Normandy.

The property offers a small outdoor, open air shower, a BBQ, A picnic table, an electric point and running water.

Fishing nearby Le Planquerie, 50898 and beautiful Balleroy’s mansion and Sunday morning market- excellent bakery too!(10min drive)

The setting

Quiet old cider farm. Perfect roads for cycling or walking . A view of neighbouring farms, cows nearthe little stream and tall trees.
Children welcome to play in the front garden and enjoy the swing.

The spots

Settle in the sun or under the boundary trees on the food adjacent to the stables. Flat ground and mowed lawn.Access the field via the kitchen garden through the gate. Additional cars are welcome to park on the driveway or in the garage only. Bicycles can be safely locked away in the cellar.

The sanitary facilities

A wash basin, an outdoor shower ( hot and cold water ) and no toilet on site.

Rules

Pets to be kept in tents / vans overnight
No BBQ or fire permitted after 10:30pm at weekends and during the week.
No noise will be tolerated after 10pm. Camorra will be evicted by local authorities should noise and fire rules not be adhered to.
Campfires are not permitted whatsoever
Stables are not available for horses ( the roof is unsafe)
Sight to be cleared by 10:30am on the day of checkout
Cellar to be locked once water main ( red handle above sink ) is turned off
BBQ to be emptied , cleaned and locked back in cellar
Picnic table to be locked back into cellar
Outside shower hose to be left in cellar
Tents, caravans and camper vans are not permissible on any other part
Of the property.
Camping field is clearly marked.
Cellar key to be left in the lock box provided together with lock code applied
The front gate of the property is to be locked together with the code provided.
All litter, waste and recycling to be disposed of as instructed ( in the waste bins provided at the front gate)
Other parts of the property ( apart from the front garden for children only) may not be accessed).
Should the property be left with any damages / litter deposits will be retained and further charges be made.
